Climate Strike: Youth and Adults need to join on Sep 20

Following the lead of Swedish activist Greta Thunberg, young people and adult allies in Massachusetts are joining the global call to action on September 20th, 2019, and going on STRIKE! All are invited and encouraged to join us in Boston and kick off a week of climate actions around Massachusetts.

“We have 11 years to stop the climate crisis—help us tell our elected officials we demand justice. We strike for the following demands: Massachusetts Green New Deal legislation, declaration of a climate emergency, and passage of environmental justice bills for a fair and just future.”

This September, millions of us will walk out of our workplaces and homes to join young climate strikers on the streets and demand an end to the age of fossil fuels.

Our house is on fire — let’s act like it.

“If not you, then who? If not now, then when?”
The world’s biggest ever climate mobilization was led by children.
It’s time adults stepped up. Watch and find out why the Global #ClimateStrike this September needs everyone.

Join young people in the streets for global climate strikes and a week of actions to demand an end to the age of fossil fuels and climate justice for everyone.
